Laid Back Sunday #22

Whats up fellow readers. Laid Back Sunday in full effect. I have all sort of different hip hop & rap for you guys today. To be enjoyed with your best bottle of Dom Perignon.

Got this joint off the Murs & Terrace Martin album called "Melrose". Make sure to check it out. Terrace Martin has been producing beats for the biggest names in the industry so you can expect some great instrumentals. As for Murs, you know what it is = Dope flow.

I recently stumbled upon this hiphop group from "HUEston" Texas called H.I.S.D (Hueston Independent Spit District). Very cool and different vibe. Their self-written bio is on point : "This group of forward thinking music junkies have come together and formed H.I.S.D. H.I.S.D. was born in 2005 through the collaboration of eight artists of varying mediums wanting to introduce a refreshing perspective to the sound and visual aesthetic of hip hop culture, classic soul music, poetry, visual art, fashion, and photography."

This track samples David Bowie's classic, Space Oddity. Cool stuff

What you know about Lil' Scrappy?! ahah. If the name doesn't ring a bell, well "Money In The Bank" should. That 1 hit single was playing everywhere. This song is off the same album called "Bred 2 Die Born To Live". Laid back music

Lil' Scrappy - Like Me

I always like & try to incorporate some legit, well established, underground hip-hop. So on today's menu for all the hip-hop heads out there, we have some Kool Kim ; former UMC member and now rapping under the name of NYoil.
The other one is a classic beat By Sean Price and also featuring Boot Camp Clik member Rock (Heltah Skeltah).

Sean Price - P-Body (feat. Rock of Heltah Skeltah)

enjoy & see you next time
