Well well well, evenin' lads. School just started for me and I'm still working that graveyard shift. Therefore, I've decided to substitute sleep with keeping the blog rolling. Let's see how long until I mentally and physically break down for you faithful readers.

For the 50th release on BNR due September 22nd, we are going to be treated to a major EP. "Yeah" is one fantastically smooth and uplifting song, while "1010" is a massive acid track. These 2 songs are like total opposites, but both are splendid and Yeah is simply too awesome.

Well it's been a while has it not?

Woke up this morning with the worst hangover. What a nasty night. Still, a great start to the weekend. As a relatively normal person, I think the best thing to do tonight is go out again. Right?

First show which I definitely recommend is Pharoahe Monch & Slaughterhouse
I believe Pharoahe Monch needs no introduction, as for Slaughterhouse it's a group composed of Joe Budden, Crooked I, Royce Da 5'9" and Joell Ortiz.

Yes this song has been over played, heck it's been over everything. I do like BeatauCue though and I've already posted some of his stuff. If you're DJing somewhere and must pull this song out to please a crowd, then please use this remix.

Snoop Dogg - Sensual Seduction (Boys Noize Eargasm Remix)
In my opinion the song should've stayed with the beat from the beginning instead of changing about half way in.

Yolanda Be Cool - We No Speak Americano
This mystery Australian duo kills it with there funky tech house. Super groovy beats which can never go wrong in a party. If you like this keep an eye open for a remix by Dubbel Dutch of their song Villalobos For Presidente.

Chris Lake & Lys - La Tromba (D-Thai Remix)
Seems like this song dates back from 09, but I freakin' love it! Every time I listen to it I'm sure I'm winning something (no idea what I'm winning though).

So Shifty - Peterpella (Sekta vs Kelis)
Kasper Bjorke - Alcatraz (Zombie Disco Squad Remix)
Not too sure how I'm feeling these 2 songs. The vocals are interesting enough to get the song in the post, but I would put a beat a little less weird.

WOAH the original is good and I was liking it and all, but then I came across a remix by Gigi Barocco and my mind melted.

Off his new album Lasers. This song has even been getting hype in the electro world, Craze played it on the mix he did for Mishka.

Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence (Hard Rock Sofa Remix)
Ahhhhh. Seems like every time I encounter a new remix of this song it just gets better and better. Let me tell you a story. This all started when I went to see Eli Escobar. At one point during his set he dropped a remix of this song. So naturally, when I got back home I tried to find it, but in vain. A few weeks later I finally came across a remix by Ewan Pearson and another by Chew Fu. Sadly, neither of these was the remix I was looking for. At this point I decided to dig a little deeper. The outcome your asking me? Still not the remix I wanted, but an incredible clip and remix by Mike Shinoda which satisfied my desire.
