New Orleans based Jim-E Stack, as I've mentioned a few times, is one of my favorite new producers. His frantic productions are hard to describe, but they always feature unhealthy amounts of bass and hurricane-speed percussive sounds. Twisted, short, but so very on-point. Spring-loaded club music.

LA/Montreal house music duo LOL Boys have just released this phenomenal foray into the future for the new edition of Kick Out the Jam's mix series. This is a nearly an hour's worth of new and unreleased material from such names as Munchi, xxxy, Dubbel Dutch, Sinjin Hawke, Mackpaye and of course the LOL Boys themselves. I'm always on the look-out for more of their distinctive brand of dance music, so stumbling upon this new mix was quite a treat. Definitely looking forward to all of these releases!

Clams Casino is an amazing producer based in New Jersey who is most recognized as the mastermind behind a few of Lil B's #based classics, including I'm God and Motivation . He recently released this instrumental mixtape of his past productions, which features beats he did for Souljah Boy, Main Attraktionz, Squadda B, the Jealous Guys and Deezy D.

I wasn't too familiar with Clams Casino up until the point I heard this mixtape, but it has rapidly become one of my favorite instrumental hip-hop releases ever. I've been bumping these distorted dreamscape beats for the past few weeks and I'm still going hyphy to it. So solid. Grab the tape for free below.

Speaking of hyphy, one of my favorite groups during its brief heyday was The Pack. Of course, Lil B was the member who got most of the burn after hyphy died down, but the producer/rapper behind all of their beats, Young L, was my favorite member. He started off making all of their futuristic bangers on Fruity Loops, but has now moved on to Reason. As time goes on, his stuff gets a lot more bizarre and minimal, but it is extremely unique and dope. I've included an insane cut off of the mixtape, Conscious Minds, which samples Peter, Bjorn & John's Last Night. His music is dark, insane, and most importantly innovative. Grab the free swag below.

I'll keep it rather short this afternoon. I know how busy you guys are.

Damu - LED (Jim-E Stack Remix) by JIM-E STACK

This is a brand new Jim-E Stack remix, so hot off the presses you can see the fumes. This San Francisco-born, New Orleans-based producer is definitely starting off 2011 on the right foot, with a slew of dope originals and remixes in the works. He even made an exclusive new mix for The Fader, which is all sorts of dope. They call it "manic, subversive, renegade, really young", and you can grab it at the end of the post if you so desire.

To be honest, I have no fucking clue what to call his music besides club music, but that's quite alright. Jim-E Stack's productions transcend genres, but have a metric ton of swagger as their common trait. This might be my favorite remix of his so far, as well. He warps Damu's futuristic UK Funky monster into a tornado of tribal rhythm, futuristic synth lines, progressive house energy and a bizarre sample that sounds like someone pulling their cheek. Fuck yeah. I've been listening to it on repeat for the past hour, raving alone in my room with the volume and the bass cranked up. So rad. Jim-E-Stack will blow up in 2011, mark my words.

Jamie Foxx- Fall for your type(Brenmar remix)

Brenmar is the don of club music at the moment. He's probably one of the artists we've posted about the most on Avenge The Virgins, for a damn good reason. He's a forward-thinking, innovative producer and DJ, and has released a crapload of high quality originals and remixes (Rihanna, NGUZUNGUZU, Cassie, Teengirl Fantasy and more) in the past year that have gotten airplay from tons of DJs.

The original Fall For Your Type is a personal fave, but Brenmar does it justice. And by that I mean that his remix is better than the original, and I can't help thinking that Brenmar needs to start working with vocalists, pronto. He's got a great handle on the r&b steez, I think. This is sexy, champagne-soaked music to procreate to.

Luther Vandross- If only for one night

Perfect. There's nothing quite like great soul music to set the mood. Luther will be forever known as a boss. If, like me, you were born in the eighties, you might have been a by-product of Luther Vandross' panty-peeling voice. Actually, that's pretty unsettling. This is grown folk music.

Once again, we'd like to apologize for the somewhat sporadic posting. Motherfucker, I'm ill. Seriously, I have a shitty viral infection of some sort. And we party too much, in general. Do you know how hard it is to write a half-decent post when you're hungover? Jesus. Guido- Mad Sax (Stranger Day remix)

North Carolina MC and Avenge The Virgins favorite Stranger Day puts in another solid effort, this time he goes in on the massive Mad Sax by UK dubstep producer Guido. This one took me by surprise, to be honest, if only because the sample choice was a bit out of left field. It's nice to see a rapper jump on an actual quality dubstep tune instead of a wobble anthem, but whatever floats your boat.

Also, he mentioned to us that he would like to rap over Girl Unit tunes, which would be all sorts of rad. Why has no one laid a verse on WUT yet? Regardless, Stranger Day does not disappoint on this one. Stay up, fam.

Free Energy- Something in common

Catchy-as-fuck indie pop that rocks your proverbial socks off. Boom. Not terribly cerebral, but you can definitely groove to this. The nice little synth and propulsive bass line make this an undeniably funky little jam.

Christoph Andersson - Capital (Jim-E Stack Remix) by JIM-E STACK

This dude's music is the future! Admittedly, I say this quite a bit about tons of producers, but it's true! New Orleans' maestro of sorts Jim-E Stack has gained a lot of popularity recently, due in large part to his fantastic remix of Nguzunguzu's Mirage, which was talked about on all the right channels. This particular tune sounds like a club version of a Zelda quest on peyote, if that makes any sense (it shouldn't). Soulful, mystical and all the right amounts of sexiness. What more do you want out of a tune? Brilliant.
